Role and Responsibilities:
This position involves recruiting and onboarding personnel for onsite accounts during the 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 2PM-11PM). Must be flexible to work weekends during peak times.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience with NOVAtime is required
- Manage job openings and availability for onsite accounts
- Process payroll and audit daily punches
- Assist with accident/injury investigations
- Generate reports and perform administrative duties as needed
- Conduct check-ins for new hires and ensure facility safety compliance
