Job Description
The School District of Osceola County is seeking a dedicated PK/ESE Classroom Assistant. This full-time position involves assisting teachers in implementing Individual Education Plans for exceptional students at Island Village Elementary School, located in Kissimmee, FL.
Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED along with one of the following: an accredited Associate’s Degree, 60 semester hours, or a passing score of 464 or higher on the Paraprofessional Test. Additional compensation is available for higher education credentials.
Annual training is required, and the job may involve physical exertion and exposure to hazards. The starting salary is $16.38 per hour.
