As a Compensation Analyst I at Cook Children’s Health Care System, you will perform wage and salary analysis to maintain competitive salary structures. Your responsibilities include:
- Job documentation
- Job evaluation
- Job description administration/maintenance
- Salary administration
You will also handle database administration and report writing.
– Bachelor’s degree in related field
– 1 year of experience in compensation administration
– Healthcare experience preferred
– Intermediate Excel skills required
