Job Description
Summary:
The Director of Nursing Education is responsible for managing and providing educational activities within the department and MBO as requested by Senior Leadership. This role ensures optimum utilization of resources and conducts necessary educational programs. The director is accountable for planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating education programs for all CHRISTUS associates, the community, and the corporation.
Requirements:
A. Education/Skills
- Master’s Degree in Community Health Education is required.
B. Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years management experience.
C. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
- As appropriate for area of expertise.
