Job Description
Texas Children’s Hospital is seeking a Contact Center Representative to excel in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role involves handling inquiries from patients and physicians regarding appointments, insurance verification, and customer service needs.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Complete required approval forms for insurance.
- Prepare estimates for patient expenses using E-Pro software.
- Review work queues and prioritize appointments.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Two years in a contact center or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical scheduling and patient registration.
Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish) and experience with insurance claims.
