Job Description
Purpose and Scope:
The Billing Clerk is responsible for the preparation and distribution of client billings.
Responsibilities:
- Generates invoices and payment reminders.
- Carries out billing activities.
- Performs reconciliations.
- Receives and responds to customer inquiries.
- Updates accounting records and customer information.
- All other duties as required.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Mathematical aptitude.
- Solid organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently.
Experience: 3-4 years of general accounting experience, preferably involving billing.
Pay: $18 – $22/hr
