Description: The Academic Personnel Analyst 3 oversees all academic personnel functions for the Department of Medicine, Dermatology. Key responsibilities include managing academic recruitment, dossier management, employee relations, payroll, and credentialing processes. This role offers the opportunity to shape academic careers while ensuring compliance with UC, UCLA, and departmental guidelines.

Salary: $6,350 – $13,233.33 monthly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of subject matter expertise
• Knowledge of UC-wide Academic Personnel Policies

Preferred:

• 1-3 years experience with payroll and dossier systems
