Job Description
The Shoals Suites and Slips is hiring immediately for a Front Desk Associate. Our newly remodeled location offers beautiful views and exciting venues.
As a Front Desk Associate, you will manage sales and room reservations, check guests in and out, and respond to guest requests with outstanding customer service. Day and evening shifts are available.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and multi-tasking abilities.
- Familiarity with a PMS system is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Availability on weekends and holidays.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
