Job Description

Join our team at Hall Chevrolet as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk! We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage a variety of tasks including:

• Front Desk Greeter and Switchboard
• A/R and A/P responsibilities
• Reconcile A/R and A/P accounts
• Process supplemental product cancellations
• Remit proper amounts to supplemental product vendor providers
• Posting credits from GM to dealer accounting system
• Backup license and title clerk as needed
• Ensure customer details are accurate
• Issue purchase orders and checks to approved vendors
