Job Description

The Paralegal Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and legal support services in a region or field office for the United States Trustee Program (USTP).

Typical duties include:

• Perform paralegal support assignments related to bankruptcy cases.
• Provide legal assistance with Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases.
• Handle legal documents and case information.
• Support trial and deposition preparation.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Review bankruptcy petitions for fraud or abuse.
• Monitor pending case progress and prepare documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,448 – $110,803 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday
