Job Description
We are seeking an Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team at BHS Physicians Network Houston. This role is responsible for verifying insurance for all inpatient and scheduled outpatient admissions. The specialist will contact patients to inform them of their co-payments and deductibles upon registration, process credit card payments, and document all verification details in MS4. Additionally, they will ensure accurate crediting by notating patient accounts with benefit rates for both in-network and out-of-network amounts.
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Required: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, with basic computer knowledge. Additional language skills are preferred.
