Job Description

Menzies Aviation is seeking an OA Passenger Service Lead to join our team. The essential duties include coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the Passenger Services team while assisting Passenger Service Agents to ensure professional and efficient operations. Key responsibilities involve maintaining training records, managing day-to-day administration, and liaising with Carrier representatives to meet requirements.

Required skills include a minimum age of 18, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to supervise 10-15 agents. Candidates must pass pre-employment testing, safely lift up to 70 lbs, hold a valid state driver’s license, and be flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
