Job Description
Okay Humans is seeking an excellent Clinical Supervisor to join our innovative team. As a fresh approach to face-to-face talk therapy, we’re committed to making therapy accessible in a warm and inviting environment. We need a passionate mentor with extensive clinical experience to supervise up to six associate therapists. Responsibilities include training, providing feedback, reviewing electronic notes, and conducting triadic supervision.
Requirements:
- Active clinical license in CA: Psychologist, LCSW, or LMFT
- In good standing with BBS/BOP and qualified to supervise
- Required Supervision CEUs completed within 60 days
- Experience with teens and/or couples
- Positive attitude and focus on clinical care
Compensation: $90/hour + benefits. Part-time position, ~2 hours/week.
