Job Description
The Phoenix Staffing is seeking a dedicated Apartment Porter to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of our multi-family residential apartments. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the grounds, amenities, and building exteriors in pristine condition.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds, leasing office, and community buildings.
- Daily removal of trash and debris from community areas.
- Assist in preparing units for new residents.
- Support the maintenance team with various tasks.
- Report safety concerns immediately.
Skills: Must be professional, possess a valid driver’s license, and pass a drug test. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
