Job Description

RDC is seeking a skilled Call Center Supervisor to lead our team. You will be responsible for hiring, managing, and developing staff, while setting departmental goals. Key responsibilities include monitoring inbound call queues, providing exceptional support, and resolving customer issues.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay range: $25.00 – $40.50
