Job Description
CTSCD Community Development in Illinois is seeking a Program Manager to lead our behavioral health programs and services. This vital role connects the Director of Operations with case management supervisors, ensuring qualified staffing in collaboration with Human Resources.
The ideal candidate should have a Master’s Degree, 3-4 years of experience in Human Services, and 2-3 years in management. PMP certification is preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with programs such as Pathways to Success are essential.
