Job Description
Stewart & Stevenson is seeking a dedicated Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will sell spare and replacement parts and equipment in our repair shop or parts store. Your responsibilities will include determining necessary replacement parts based on inspections and customer requests, managing telephone orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications include strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A High School Diploma or GED, along with two to four years of related experience, is required. Please note that the parts department environment may not be air-conditioned.
