Job Description
Connect America is seeking a dedicated Order Processing Specialist to provide administrative support in our fulfillment department. This role will report to the Data Entry Manager and is based in Broomall, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and approve customer orders.
- Print customer paperwork and verify shipping addresses.
- Process service email requests and resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain communication with relevant parties and ensure confidentiality.
- Check completed work for accuracy and maintain logs of activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
