Job Description
Salary Range: $52.61 – $80.86/hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.
Primary Duties: The Hospice Nurse Educator (RN) will assess educational needs, provide training through various formats, ensure evidence-based practices, and mentor clinical staff. Additional responsibilities include overseeing orientations and participating in recertification programs.
Education & Experience: BSN or ADN plus 10 years’ hospice experience required. A minimum of four years clinical experience and familiarity with presentation technology are necessary; MSN preferred.
Licensure & Certifications: Current RN license in California required. BLS certification necessary; specialty certification preferred.
