Job Description

Please note: this is a seasonal position with full-time hours set to go through the end of the year. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

The HR Clerk will provide backup coverage for our receptionist, managing multiple phone lines and coordinating lobby traffic. Key duties include:

• Greeting visitors and vendors
• Managing visitor check-ins and badges
• Collating orientation and employee packets
• Assisting Human Resources with special projects

Required qualifications include:

– High School diploma or equivalent

– At least 2 years of administrative experience

– Bilingual in Spanish

– Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel)

– Professional demeanor and personality
