Job Description
The Social Entrepreneurs is seeking a dedicated Charity Customer Service Representative to manage and promote our fundraising campaigns. In this role, you will drive donations for both local and national charities while enhancing community engagement. The ideal candidate is outgoing, patient, empathetic, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include: generating donations, building strong relationships, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
