Job Description
The primary purpose of the Data Control Clerk II position is to answer and route incoming calls to the hospital’s main number, emergency lines, and patient information lines. The role requires excellent service by providing accurate information while adhering to hospital policies, particularly regarding privacy. Responsibilities include maintaining computerized databases, dispatching services, and activating routine and emergency notifications.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, two years of clerical/data entry experience, and strong communication skills. Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess time management skills, and be team players. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
