Job Description

Company: Hilton Garden Inn – Las Colinas

Reports To: Food & Beverage Supervisor, Manager, or Director

Schedule: The ideal candidate must be available on weekends and flexible to work banquet events.

Job Purpose: To serve meals to patrons according to established rules of etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve ice water and coffee upon greeting.
• Present menus and suggest courses and wines.
• Take orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Observe diners and fulfill additional requests.
• Handle billing and payment processes.

Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent; TIPS and Food Safety certifications preferred. No experience required.
