Job Description
MATRIX PHYSICAL THERAPY AND WELLNESS is seeking a motivated and friendly Front Office Receptionist for our new state-of-the-art clinic in Santa Monica. This part-time position (approximately 30-35 hours/week) is ideal for someone who excels in multi-tasking, organization, and communication.
You will be the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing electronic medical records (EMR), and maintaining the front desk area.
Prior experience in a medical or wellness setting is a plus but not required. Training will be provided as needed. Hourly compensation will depend on experience.
