Job Description
Northwell Health is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager throughout all phases of project management, including Initiation, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing. This role supports the Project Management Office in auditing and monitoring projects.
Responsibilities:
- Execute Project Monitoring reports and ensure follow-up.
- Assist in developing work breakdown structures (WBS) and track project scope, effort, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain project documentation and support orientation for new Project Managers.
- Manage small projects under supervision and assist Consultant Project Managers.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
