Job Description
Full time, onsite in Chicago, IL
Compensation: $20/hour
We are seeking energetic and friendly individuals to deliver an exceptional guest experience as a Guest Services Representative at our Loop office building. The ideal candidate will greet all tenants and visitors courteously while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet tenants and visitors at the reception desk
- Manage visitor sign-in and provide badges
- Assist tenants with calls and emails
- Provide event access assistance as needed
Qualifications include strong customer service skills, experience with multi-line phone systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
