Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers through phone or email, managing orders from inquiry to shipping, and ensuring customer satisfaction by swiftly addressing any unresolved issues. Additionally, you will process orders, handle pricing inquiries, and provide valuable feedback on sales performance.
We seek candidates with 1-2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Knowledge in the jewelry industry is a plus.
