Job Description

A Family Choice CDS, LLC is seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver for children. Applicants must be 21 or older. This partial live-in position offers a pay range of $1,700 to $3,400 per month, based on a minimum of 15 workdays. You will create a 24-hour schedule, supervising children, mostly teenagers with behavioral challenges, while they are in the care of CPS.

Responsibilities include ensuring a safe environment, helping build life skills, and engaging with the children during their off-school hours. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, reliable car, and insurance are required. Leadership skills are preferred.
