Job Description
Orlando Health is seeking a dedicated Guest Services Representative to provide directions and support to our guests and team members within the hospital and the Orlando area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escort guests to their destinations within the hospital.
- Maintain knowledge of hospital staff and department locations.
- Provide information to team members and respond to guest needs.
- Regularly check patient areas to address visitor needs.
- Foster relationships with hospital staff and assist with special arrangements for patients.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of customer service experience.
