Job Description
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Position Type: 3 – 12 month contract
Position Terms: Fully remote position; training will be conducted on-site. After training, this will transition to telework from home.
As a Help Desk Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert for custom or COTS applications, providing support and resolving software and hardware issues. You’ll collaborate with programmers to explain software errors and recommend changes. Additionally, you will develop training materials, assist users, and act as a level 1 support contact.
Skills Required: Help Desk Analyst Experience, Strong Communication Skills, Ability to Work in a Team Environment.
