Job Description

Join our team at Clock Tower as a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent at a vibrant medspa and anti-aging center. As the first point of contact, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere. In addition to front desk duties, you’ll focus on marketing and business development, with opportunities for bonuses on top of a base salary of $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, promoting services at local salons and gyms, and assisting the Clinic Director. Ideal candidates are organized, welcoming, bilingual, and possess strong communication skills.
