Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Designs Done Better. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and guaranteeing a positive experience for all clients.
You will need proven experience in customer support, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in computer systems. This full-time position offers a pay range of $17.22 – $19.29 per hour, with a day shift schedule and an in-person work location.
