Job Description

Join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando East – UCF Area Hotel as a Guest Service Agent! In this role, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

Your key responsibilities include checking guests in and out, fulfilling special requests, and managing guest inquiries and complaints.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in hotel front desk operations, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time | Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
