Job Description

Overview: The responsibility of our Dishwasher, a member of the BOH team, is to ensure that the restaurant has a continuous supply of clean dishes and kitchen utensils, while consistently observing and implementing proper food safety and quality assurance procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Clean all preparation equipment, cutlery, and dishes in accordance with health standards.
• Keep the dish station organized.
• Maintain overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards in food prep areas, kitchen services, and dishware.
• Follow and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Dispose of all garbage from the dishwashing station.
