Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our back-of-house (BOH) team at Pollo Campero. The primary responsibility is to ensure the restaurant maintains a steady supply of clean tableware and cookware while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Key responsibilities include cleaning all prep equipment and dishes, keeping the dish pit organized, and following safety rules and procedures.
Qualifications include being 18 years or older, fluency in English (bilingual in Spanish preferred), and good interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. Experience in similar roles is preferred. The pay range is USD $13.00 per hour.
