Job Description
Giffen Aesthetics is seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support as the first point of contact for our clients, managing calls and appointments while overseeing administrative tasks.
Duties include: Greeting clients, managing incoming communications, scheduling appointments, administrative support, and maintaining office supplies. Candidates should have experience in a reception role, be proficient in Google Suite, and possess strong customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.02 – $22.09 per hour
Schedule: 4-8 hour shifts
