Towne & Oak, a bustling cafe and private event space in Winnetka, is hiring! Join our team of creative, hardworking, industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Serve all guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Prepare beverages following recipes.
• Maintain high-level quality standards.
• Clean, stock, and maintain food and beverages throughout shifts.
• Follow sanitation standards for food, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications: Previous barista experience is required. Ability to stay calm under pressure is essential. Latte art skills are a big plus.
