Job Description
Join our team at Mesquite Tree Nursing Center as a Business Office Manager in a Long Term Care Facility. In this essential role, you will supervise, coordinate, and perform business office functions under the direction of the Administrator following sound accounting practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising business office functions
- Preparing, submitting, receiving, and verifying reports
- Managing accounts receivable and collections, including billing for insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare
The ideal candidate will have experience in Long Term Care and must possess excellent communication skills to positively interact with residents, families, and government regulators.
