Job Description

Chung Ying Physical Therapy & Acupuncture PC is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist for our New York location. This role includes patient scheduling, handling insurance inquiries, and assisting with billing matters. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets are required. Bilingual candidates fluent in Mandarin, Fuzhou, or Cantonese are a plus.

Work hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM and Wednesday, Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. A high school diploma is required. Hourly wage ranges from $18 to $22, based on experience.
