Requirements:
- MSW with case management experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong writing and leadership skills
- Flexible and well-organized
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Social Services Department
- Provide case assistance to underserved adults (60+) in specified areas
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and referrals
- Maintain client caseloads and documentation
