Job Description
UCLA Health is seeking a Float Patient Service Representative to join our team. Major duties include acting as a liaison for patients and outside referring physicians, assisting patients in accessing surgical services, and managing patient communication through various channels. This role also involves patient check-in and cash collection.
Salary Range: $29.42 – $42.14/hourly
Qualifications:
- Excellent prioritization skills

- Experience with medical terminology and patient policies preferred
