Job Description
The Woodlands at Canterfield, a brand new Assisted Living and Memory Support community in West Dundee, Illinois, is seeking a dynamic Resident Care Assistant/Care Giver for part-time positions across all shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am). Competitive shift differentials and weekend differentials are available.
In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, medication reminders, and promote their dignity and independence. Essential duties include aiding in bathing, dressing, and leisure activities while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. 1-2+ years of caregiving experience preferred. Compassion and empathy towards residents are essential.
