Job Description
HRE Group is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. You will answer inbound calls from patients, assist with registration and appointment scheduling, and address concerns with empathy. Outbound calls for follow-up and maintaining accurate records of interactions are also required.
Requirements: high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with medical terminology and CRM software is a plus.
This is a full-time remote position after training, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, at a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.
