Job Description

We are hiring a Call Center Associate for our client in Northwest Houston, TX! If you’re an experienced, reliable, and hardworking individual, we want to hear from you. This temporary-to-hire position offers a pay rate of $19 per hour.

Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with online equipment orders, managing accounts, and handling inbound and outbound calls. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Requirements: High School Diploma, typing speed of 40 words per minute, and familiarity with MS Office, Teams, and Outlook. Medical administration experience is a plus.
