Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous food & beverage services to guests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items.
• Communicate effectively with servers regarding guest needs.
• Clear and reset tables quickly.
• Inform Supervisor/Manager of any urgent situations.
• Complete side work before shift ends.
• Handle dishware and food products with care.
• Monitor stock levels and obtain supplies as needed.
• Follow safety and training standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in a guest contact position.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current RBS certification required.
• Current Food Handler card required.
