Job Description

Position: Meat Cutter

Company: Fiesta Mart

Location: Store 079, Houston Westheimer

As a Meat Cutter under direct supervision, you will break, cut, and prepare meat products using hand tools and power equipment according to company standards. Your duties include preparing meat for display or fulfilling customer orders, while collaborating with customers, Meat Clerks, and the Meat Manager to ensure the right items are cut.

This role requires heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and stooping. A fast-paced grocery store environment awaits you, and a Food Handler Card or equivalent certification is required for food preparation, handling, and serving.
