Job Description
Since 2017, NM Group has partnered with various organizations to enhance their customer engagement and fundraising capabilities. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Representative who will connect with customers in person for a prominent client, TMobile. This is not a call center position!
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting customer meet-ups for service follow-ups
- Resolving inquiries in-person
- Data entry to maintain accurate customer records
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate services
- Providing exceptional service and addressing concerns professionally
