Job Summary: We are seeking a Vendor Compliance Supervisor to oversee the auditing process and ensure compliance. This role involves supervising a team of Vendor Compliance Auditors and Unloaders, focusing on detail and continuous improvement in a safe, efficient operational environment.
Essential Functions:
- Monitor daily load counts and staffing levels.
- Communicate performance metrics to the leadership team.
- Manage associate tasks, including recruiting and training.
- Identify areas for operational improvement.
Qualifications: High school diploma and at least 6 months of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting are required.
