Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations, manage crews and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, control schedules and budgets, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of heavy civil or commercial construction supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in reading plans, and proven ability to solve field issues and coordinate inspections. Responsibilities include daily progress reporting, enforcing safety programs, scheduling inspections and deliveries, and mentoring field staff to meet project milestones and client expectations.
