Job Description

We are hiring a Fiberglass Finisher to trim, sand, bond, and finish fiberglass and composite parts according to drawings and quality standards. You will apply gelcoat and resin, use hand and power tools, perform final inspection, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Candidate should have at least 1 year of fiberglass or composite finishing experience, attention to detail, ability to read templates, and follow safety protocols (PPE).
